In response to recent developments surrounding the spread of COVID-19…

Ninth Street Flowers desires and intends to stay OPEN during this Covid-19 emergency. We will continue to deliver beautiful blooms throughout the Triangle Area and allow pickup at the shop per the guidelines we have researched. Our storefront will be closed to walk in customers during this time until further notice.  AT THIS TIME, ALL ORDERS MUST BE PLACED BY PHONE OR ON OUR WEBSITE. 

Starting March 26:

·       We are no longer delivering to local hospitals. We will call ahead to all retirement and long-term care facilities to determine if they are receiving flower deliveries at their front desks. 

 

·       We are implementing a “No Contact Delivery” protocol. For the safety of you and our drivers, drivers will call/text when they arrive and drop off your order on the doorstep, in the lobby or other area designated by you.

 

·       Drivers will be using gloves and will make every effort to ensure a safe, sanitized delivery. 

We understand that it’s a time of uncertainty, and our thoughts are with all of those who have been impacted. We assure you that we are taking every step possible to ensure the health and safety of our clients, employees, and partners.

Times like this remind us how grateful we are to be a part of such a vibrant and resilient community, and how much we appreciate each and every one of our staff and customers. As we are all in this together—we will get through this together.
